Our customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday, except holidays. In the event emergency service is required (failure of a heating system during very cold weather, a serious plumbing leak, or no electricity or water throughout your home), call the emergency numbers below.
In case of a gas leak, contact your local gas company immediately, as well as our emergency number.

If you need service for an appliance, contact the manufacturer directly. Be sure to return warranty cards to the manufacturer to ensure coverage.
Approximately 60 days after settlement of your home, you will receive a customer service reminder information packet. Please return your completed Customer Service Request Form for any warrantable service concerns you may have to our Customer Service Department to schedule a walk-through appointment. Your walk-through will be scheduled within 14 days of receipt of your reply. The items on your action list will be scheduled for completion within 30 days of your appointment.
If you require additional assistance at any time other than outlined above within your warranty period, please submit a Customer Service Request Form to the Customer Service Department. Upon receipt, a customer service representative will schedule an appointment to address the item(s). You need to be home Monday through Friday during the scheduled day of service. Depending on the item, such as drywall or paint repairs, it may be necessary to schedule a follow-up appointment. We will make every effort to complete the work within the scheduled time frame to minimize your inconvenience.
