Buyer Financial Information
The Buyer Financial Form is designed to gather personal and financial information on yourself and a co-borrower (if applicable). The more complete the application, the smoother the loan process will be. After the Buyer Financial Form is returned, a Mortgage Consultant will contact you to review the information. Any section of the Buyer Financial Form that you cannot complete or have questions about will be addressed during the interview. Your Mortgage Consultant will be assisting you in the mortgage process throughout your home purchase.
The Document Checklist
The Loan Document Checklist contains a list of documents that we will need to determine a credit decision on your loan quickly. If you are unable to locate any of these items, please do not hold up the submission; we will still be able to work on your loan. Please don't give us your originals, but do provide legible copies of them.
